3D VISUAL EFFECTS

GruntWorks offers a complete visual effect solution to our clients through the use of our 3D Animation tools. Primarily we use Maya for content development and production for modeling, animation and rendering.

VFX SCRIPT BREAKDOWN & SOLUTION PLANNING

We know the importance of organization, timing and production budgets which enables us to effectively analyze your production elements. By doing this we are able to identify any pre-production concerns and resolve or provide solutions to any problems that may arise.

VFX PRE VISUALIZATION

3D Animation is used for a varied range of reasons not only because it is cost effective but also due to its dynamic adaptability. For this reason we also provide a VFX Pre Visualization service where by we can produce simple animations, or for want of a better term, a rough version to visualize complex shots or effects that may later be required to be further developed or just realized.

DIGITAL MATTE PAINTING

Often scenes require virtual sets or digital backgrounds to either enhance the environment or produce a stunning scape not readily available or restricted by budget. GruntWorks can provide a complete 3D environment which also allow for 3D camera movements.

DIGITAL COMPOSITING

GruntWorks offers a Digital Compositing service that can create high impact Visual FX combining graphics, text and sound into a 2D or 3D project.

DIGITAL MATCH MOVING

With our advanced software we can also provide Digital Match Moving for your project. Unlike standard motion capture, which is the recording of normal objects in a controlled environment, match moving allows us to pipeline both conventional footage and new 3D virtual footage into a single composite producing a seamless perspective as if it was all shot from the same camera.
